ADULT LAP SWIM

Regular physical activity has been associated with better health and longer life. According to the Department of Health & Human Services, 61% of adults in the U.S. are overweight! Swimming laps for exercise will help you fight obesity.  Lap swim is for 16 years and up.

WATER AEROBICS

Shape up with Water Aerobics! See what the fastest growing fitness trend is all about! Regular physical activity has been associated with better health and longer life. Water exercise is very therapeutic, low impact and can improve your cardiovascular system as well as help fight obesity. For women and men 16 years and up. Ask about FREE water aerobics through the 50+ Wellness Program. Buy an 8-punch card for $28 or a one-visit admission for $6. Course number is #64023 for online registration. Sign-ups at the pools are welcome.
