History, Lunch and a Show!
It’s time to escape the summer heat and head to the Bay Area. We have an activity-packed day planned for you. We’ll visit Novato and have a guided tour with a docent from the Historical Guild. We will also visit the NEW Hamilton Field Airforce Museum. After working up our appetites, we’ll have Lunch at Rickey’s Restaurant in Novato where we will enjoy the Cabaret Revue, “From Vaudeville to Rock ‘n Roll.” There is also a Davis pick-up stop on this trip. DOLPHIN CRUISE OF SAN FRANCISCO BAY AND SAN PABLO BAY

This 3.5 Hour tour starts at the Berkeley Marina and cruises west along the old ferry pier before turning north along the Richmond shoreline. Lots of history and wonderful sights await as we view the historic Kaiser Shipyards and the SS Red Oak Victory from the water then tour the Richmond inner harbor. Crossing under the Richmond San Raphael Bridge we view Winehaven, once the largest winery in California, before arriving at East Brother Light Station where we circle the island for a terrific view of this 1873 lighthouse. Lunch is included on this trip. There is also a Davis pick-up stop on this trip. Deadline 9/27/12
