COMMUNITY OF INTEREST (COI)

Defined by the City Charter as part of the redistricting requirements and criteria, a community of interest (COI) is a contiguous population that shares common social and economic interests that should be included within a single district for purposes of its effective and fair representation.

Use the COI Mapper to submit a Community of Interest (COI) map and description. Users can draw a boundary, provide a description, and can also upload a document with more information about their COI.

October 13 at 11:59 pm - all proposed COI maps are due to the SIRC from the public


October 20 - all public comments related to COIs and submitted COI maps will be packaged together for the SIRC to review and adoption.
