Appointment Scheduling

We offer appointments for customers applying for or obtaining building permits.  You can request an appointment for the following services:

  • First time submittals
  • Resubmittals
  • Sign and revision submittals
  • Permit pickups
  • Building plans that are ready-to-issue

Appointment availability Monday through Friday

We offer appointments Monday-Friday at 8:30, 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. as well as, 2:00, and 2:30 p.m. The 8:30 a.m. appointment will be reserved for those projects not requiring Planning approval. Appointments will be scheduled in half-hour increments and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Only one project may be scheduled per appointment. To better assist you, customers should arrive a few minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time to allow for check in.

In your request, please indicate:

  • Project site address
  • Nature or scope of the work (i.e. "first-time commercial addition submittal, resubmittal of residential plans, picking up commercial plans that are ready-to-issue")
  • Whether commercial or residential
  • Contact information including phone number and e-mail address (this will be used to send pre-appointment forms/information and for confirmation of the appointment)
