Code Enforcement Hearings

The Code Enforcement Hearing Examiner is responsible for presiding over the proceedings related to appeals to Code Enforcement actions. The Hearing examiner and/or the secretary will administer oaths, examine witnesses, receive evidence, hear arguments, analyze and evaluate facts and pertinent ordinances to prepare an independent judgment.

These meetings take place the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in Historic City Hall.
