MENTOR-PROTÉGÉ PROGRAM

To encourage utilization of Emerging Business Enterprises (EBEs) in City projects where subcontracting opportunities are available, a Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) is being developed to enhance partnerships between large established prime contractors and service providers, and EBEs.

Jointly, city departments, prime contractors, and OSB will determine when utilization of the Mentor-Protégé Program will be effective and appropriate.
