David began his career with the City of Sacramento as a Personnel Technician. Since then, he has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility within the City, including: a Senior Personnel Analyst, an Organizational Development Specialist, and his current role as a Program Specialist in Workforce Development

Geneva began her career in Human Resources as a Human Resources Assistant with Maloof Sports and Entertainment and University Enterprises Inc. (formally Hornet Foundation). She began her City employment as a Personnel Technician in the Employment Services Division prior to obtaining her current role as an Administrative Analyst in the current Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development division.

Michael began his career with the City of Sacramento in the Workers’ Compensation Division before transitioning to the Employment office (now known as Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development Division), where he has held the position of Personnel Technician. Michael has a multitude of experience focusing on recruitment needs, such as: screening applications, representing the City at job fairs, coordinating and facilitating exams, training internal employees on the application process, entering personnel actions, coordinating and facilitating internal HR events, and managing recruitments for various departments across the City.
