The City of Sacramento’s VOIP phone system now supports Cisco Jabber, a Cisco Provided Softphone app, that allows city staff to make and receive phone calls using their desk phone number. With Cisco Jabber users can also check voicemail with Visual Voice Mail, Call Forward, and make video calls. The app works on both Android and Apple devices, including wearable smartwatches.
