Welcome to the redesigned 311 Call Center! Sacramento City 311 handles all City municipal service requests that are not police and fire related. Use our updated Service Request Tool to submit most common issues to our 311 agents. Our newly designed Knowledge Base contains answers to hundreds of common questions.
