Sac311 Smartphone App 

The City of Sacramento offers citizens a simple and easy way to request service or report issues from your iOS or Android device.  The Sac311 app is available in both iTunes and Google Play.

With the Sac311 App you can quickly submit requests from your smartphone without needing to make a phone call.  The majority of the services provided through 311 can be reported through the app in a few easy steps.

1. Select the type of request to be submitted.

2. Provide the location for the request.  You can use the map, type the address in directly, or let the app use your phone's GPS location.

3. Answer some specific questions about the request.  Details are always appreciated.

4. Provide contact information in case there are any questions about your request or choose to remain anonymous.

5. Confirm your request.
