Configure Android Devices

Step 1: From the Applications menu, select Email. This application may be named Mail on some versions of Android.

Step 2: If not prompted to add account, select Menu button, then Settings, then Add Account. Type your full email address, your password, and select Next

Step 3: Select Exchange account. (This option may be named Exchange ActiveSync or Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync on some versions of Android.)

Step 4: You may receive a Remote Security Administration prompt.  Select OK to continue. 

Step 5: As soon as your phone verifies the server settings, the Account Options screen displays. The options available depend on the version of Android on your device. Select the desired options and click Next.

Step 6: Under Server, make sure it has outlook.office365.com.

Step 7: Type a name for this account and the name you want displayed when you send e-mail to others. Select Done to complete the email setup and start using your account.
