Dec 11 - Today I joined the Mayor and CM's Schenirer and Carr at a community event to mark the signing of our City's agreement with Advance Peace. This intensive, intervention and prevention program targets gun violence in our community. This program reduced gun violence in the City of Richmond by 70%. This program has the potential to greatly impact our neighborhoods and change the direction of those that commit gun violence as well as the community and individuals that are impacted by guns. I am proud of our community's leadership to directly address this issue. Read Post
