We had a great year hosting our Special Events in D7!  Trucks & Such with our friends at SactoMofo, Summer Movie Nights, and popcorn!
Trucks & Such at Garcia Bend Park on FRI Oct 21st will be the last of the Season!  There's lots in store for next year!  Stay tuned for more info in the coming months.
Thanks to all of the Pocket/Greenhaven, Deerfield Mesa Grande, and Valley Hi community residents

WE'RE MAKING GREAT PROGRESS!  Community Garden Meeting is scheduled for WED, Oct 26th at the Robbie Waters Pocket/Greenhaven Library.  Things are moving along and we're working hard toward a great outcome.  We are grateful for our leadership and for the ongoing community support and involvement in this endeavor.  We'll update you soon for the next discussion.  Be a part of growing your own food through the Community Garden Program with the City of Sacramento!

Public Safety Fourm
Want information on how you can help protect yourselves and your neighborhood?  Are you concerned about traffic safety in your community?  Please join us for a Public Safety Forum to discuss those very issues.  THURS Oct 27 from 6:30-8:00 pm at Kennedy High School, 6715 Gloria Drive.

Rick Jennings, II was born in Houston, TX and raised in Washington, DC. In 1972, he earned a football and track scholarship to the University of Maryland graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice.
