CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES - BIDDING RESULTS - 2005

Formal bids (those of $100,000.00 or more), are opened by the City Clerk’s office, as they come due, each Wednesday, at 2:00 p.m.

Informal and Sheltered Market bids (those less than $100,000.00), are opened by each requesting department, as announced in the bid solicitation.  It has been suggested that Informal Bids, and bids let under the Sheltered Market Program, be opened on Monday, Tuesday, or Friday, at either 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

Purchasing and other City departments' informal bids are opened at the time and day of the week specified in the announcement.

NOTE:  The following are INITIAL BID RESULTS only and are not to be            construed as being final results; nor is this listing to be considered a            notice of award.  In some instances, the apparent low bidder listed here,            may not be the actual bid winner, due to analysis and/or adjustments            made during the bid evaluation process.

           Please allow the Project Manager about two weeks to conduct the bid
           analysis before making contact regarding final bid result.

           Bid winners will be formally notified by the awarding department.
