Procurement Services is responsible for the purchasing of supplies and services through competitive bidding, as well as contract administration. The Office of Small Business is now a part of the Economic Development Department.

Per Section 1.19 of the 2007/2008 Tow Services Agreement, the City of Sacramento is initiating an open enrollment period in which experienced, qualified tow companies may submit proposals to participate in the City of Sacramento’s Tow Services Agreement.  Further information coming soon!
