Reservation Information

Oak Park Community Center can accommodate small gatherings of 30 people or large events of up to 250 people. For information regarding rentals and reservations, call 916-808-6151 or download the forms below:

Individuals may submit rental and reservation payments to the Sam and Bonnie Pannell Community Center.


Friday Night Hot Spot
Friday's (7 p.m. - 11 p.m.)
FREE program for boys and girls ages 13 - 19. Activities include basketball, volleyball, movies, snacks, games, and more. Call for dates of program.

Kids Kamp
Mon - Fri (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
Kids ages 6 – 12 will have the opportunity to make new friends, be safe, discover new hobbies, run, play, and create things while learning and having fun. Kids Kamp is a structured and supervised recreation program that includes arts and crafts, sports, theme days, special events, field trips, and many other fun recreational activities. Space is limited. Call community center for more information.

Summer Teen Scene
Mon - Fri (4 p.m. - 7 p.m.)
Hang with your friends and with some cool adults this summer. Polish your skills in some old and new games too, work off some energy (or some calories), demonstrate your talents (dancing, singing, crafts), laugh a lot, help plan the activities, and discover something new about yourself and others. The Teen Scene is a structured and supervised recreation program. Community youth (6th grade+) can participate in a variety of sports, games, tournaments, guest speakers, and special events.

Middle School Tennis and Sports Frenzy
6th, 7th, and 8th grade youth will have an opportunity to develop fundamental sports skills, teamwork, and positive social interaction skills while competing in weekly sports tournaments. Tournaments include dodgeball, kickball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball and tennis. Practices will be held three days a week and tournaments will be on Saturdays.

Tue and Thurs (3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
Learn the fundamental skills and strategies of Tennis in this co-ed instructional league. Practices will be held 2-3 days each week and match play will take place on Saturdays. Jamming Gym
Times and dates vary
Free program. Registered participants can stop in to learn basketball drills or join in on group play. Mon - Thur for grades 2-6 (3 p.m. - 5 p.m.); Mon / Wed for grades 7-11 (5 p.m. - 7 p.m.); Tue / Thur for Adults 18+ (5 p.m. - 8 p.m.)

Tighten Up Thursday
Thursdays (11 a.m.)
Learn the latest Zumba, Step Dance, Turbo Fit, and other fitness movement fun. RSVP for your choice by call 916-808-6151.

Weight Room "Pump It Up"
Adults 18+ can use all weight room equipment. Must have a FREE one-time registration on file.

Old School Open Game Room & Computer Lab
Mon - Fri (10 a.m. 1:30 p.m.)
Adults 18+ can come in and listen to music, play pool, ping pong, play table games, watch TV and use computers. Only during non-summer hours.

Family Nites
Third Thursday of ea. Month (4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.)
