Aquacise

Aquacise (formerly Water Aerobics) is a low impact pool workout designed to elevate your heartrate, increase flexibility, and build muscle. Each class will combine light aerobic activity with shallow water exercises set to fun music! Classes are purchased in bundles for specific days of the week. Drop in attendance is available for individual classes, daily admission is purchased at the pool.

    Deep Water Aquacise at Southside Pool

    Deep Water Aquacise is a low impact, deep water, pool workout designed to elevate your heartrate, increase flexibility, and build muscle. This class is taught in water with a depth exceeding 6.5 feet. Participants should possess basic water safety skills and be comfortable in deep water. Participants will utilize floatation belts worn around the torso for the duration of class. Classes are purchased in bundles for specific days of the week.
