Welcome to the Creatively Caring Cabrillo 4th “R”. The 4th “R” is a recreation based child care program for K-6th graders that is fully licensed by the State of California. 

We offer convenient operating hours of 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday.  Your child will enjoy a safe environment, supervised by specially trained qualified staff.
