4th “R” Staff

Specially Trained Competent Staff

Children spending long hours away from home need an extra share of warmth and caring in a friendly, accepting, supportive and safe environment. The staff of The 4th “R” understands this, and do their best to meet the needs of your child while they are at the program.

Each site is staffed with a Site Coordinator, Activity Programmer, and Recreation Aides. An adult to child ratio of 1:14 is always maintained in order to provide adequate supervision of children in the program.
Staff members are educated and experienced in working with school-age children, and all of the 4th “R” staff participate in a continuous program of educational growth through workshops, college courses, and professional development training programs.
