24th Street Bypass
Park Master Plan

7290 24th Street - Mapquest

This passive use park site is in South Sacramento and is the Gateway into the Meadowview Community. The park is a combination of two sites situated on both sides of 24th Street just south of Florin Road.

This park site totals 7.5 acres. Phase One (open space) was completed in Spring 2007 and consists of 4 acres. When Phase Two is completed the 7.5 park will have the following amenities:

  • Volleyball Courts
  • Bocce Court
  • Grass Amphitheater
  • Group Picnic Area
  • Meadows
  • Park Entry w/ Seat walls and Park Signs
  • Concrete and Decomposed Granite Walkways
  • Basic Landscaping
  • Drinking Fountain
  • Natural Area

Future phases will include Fitness Stations, Additional Walkways and additional basic landscaping
