Hampton Park
Wayne Scott Drive, Meadowview
Development of this 4-acre joint-use park/detention basin includes two children’s playgrounds, a swing area, a shaded group picnic area, half basketball court, bantam soccer field, site furniture, pathway lighting, and walkways. The park opened in February 2008.

Winner’s Circle Park (formerly Dixieanne Park)
Dixieanne Avenue, North Sacramento
Development of this 1.8-acre neighborhood park includes landscaping, a children’s playground, open turf area, a group picnic area with a shade structure, half basketball court, skate park, and site furniture. The park reopened in November 2007. Additional improvements were installed this spring, including a shade canopy over the playground, horse-themed benches, horse and jockey sculpture, and horse spring riders.

Conlin Sports Complex, Phase 3
7895 Freeport Blvd., Pocket Area
Phase 3 development includes one soccer field, and lighting and expansion of the existing parking lot. Phase 3 opened in early 2008.

Peregrine Park
3031 Guadalajara Way, North Natomas
Development of this 8.4-acre neighborhood park includes landscaping, a children’s playground, group picnic area with a shade structure, full basketball court, turf volleyball court, handball court, softball field, bantam soccer field, bikeway, nature area and site furniture. Construction began in June 2007 and the park is expected to open in early spring 2008.

Regency Community Park, Phase 2
5500 Honor Parkway, North Natomas
Phase 2 development of this community park includes landscaping the remaining eight acres, a fully accessible children's play area, soccer field, group picnic areas, small dog park, and large dog park. Construction began in June 2007 and the park is expected to open in spring 2008.

Witter Ranch Park, Phase 2
Saintsbury Dr. at Far Niente Way, North Natomas
Phase 2 includes installation of a restroom, a shade structure over the existing picnic area, children's tot lot, and artwork. The improvements are expected to be complete in spring 2008.

Nuevo Park Improvements
3432 Paseo Nuevo Street, North Sacramento
Park improvements include development of a children's playground with shade canopy, installation of a group picnic area with shade structure, additional site furniture, and landscaping. The improvements are expected to be complete in spring 2008.

Jacinto Creek Park Phase 2
8600 West Stockton Blvd. Adjacent to Irene West School, South Sacramento
Phase 2 of this 11-acre community park includes five acres of landscaping, bantam soccer field, restroom, additional walkways, 2-acre dog park, and artwork. Phase 2 is expected to be complete in spring 2008.

Fisherman’s Lake Parkway
 North Natomas Regional Park Bike trail
North Park Drive, North Natomas
Phase 1 of the project is complete with the bike trail linking North Natomas Regional Park to Inderkum High School. Phase 2 will complete a perimeter bikeway and provide landscaping and shade tree plantings around the bikeways. Phase 2 will open in summer 2008.
