Currently, 35.05 acres has been developed at North Natomas Regional Park, including a lake, landscaping, dog park, bridges, walkways, and bikeways adjacent to the detention basin and drainage canals.

Phase 4 will develop the first half of a Ball field Complex, which includes 8-acres. This phase will begin construction in late spring 2012 and be open to the public by spring 2013. Schedule is subject to change due to weather or direction to staff on priorities. Improvements will include the following:

• One Youth Softball field
• One Little League Field
• One Senior Baseball field
• Group Picnic area with Shade Structure and group grill
• Lighted Parking Lot (164 stalls) with Automatic Locking Gates
• Adventure Area playground
• Water Mister Area
• Low Water and Maintenance Landscaping and Trees
• Walkways
• Site Furniture (benches, picnic tables, bleachers, trash receptacles, bike rack)
