Winner's Circle Park

1.84-acre neighborhood park located at 2415 Evergreen Street.

Dixieanne Park has been remaster-planned to be a youth and family-oriented park. The existing lighted baseball field and restroom will be removed. The newly renovated Dixieanne Park will include:

  • Open multi-purpose turf area
  • Adventure area playground
  • Small group picnic area with shade structure
  • Half youth basketball court
  • Neighborhood skate park
  • Full site landscaping with large canopy shade trees
  • Security lighting
  • Site furniture

Dixieanne Park will be renovate as a "turn-key" park, and it is expected to begin

Construction in the summer 2007 and to complete by spring 2008.
