George Sim Community Center

Located in George Sim Park, accessible from Highway 50 south on Power Inn Road, or Highway 99 east on Fruitridge Road, George Sim Community Center has a multipurpose room, meeting room, and art room available for rental.

Rooms are available for meetings, classes, community events, dances, wedding receptions, and all types of celebrations. A full kitchen is also available for a fee. All rooms have heating and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking in the lot or on the street. See Room Photos.

New Hours (Effective July 25, 2011)

Effective July 25, 2011, George Sim Community Center public hours are as follows:
Monday: 8:30am-12:30pm
Tuesday: 12pm-8pm
Wednesday: 12pm-8pm
Closed: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (open for rentals only)

NOTE: The Kids Kamp and Teen programs WILL CONTINUE Monday-Friday until August 19, 2011

IMPORTANT NOTE—ALL financial transactions (program fees, donations to the center and rental payments) will be handled at Coloma Community Center, (4623 T Street, 95819, office hours Mon- Thur. 10am-4pm). ANY AND ALL payments must be done at Coloma Community Center effective July 25, 2011.
