How do I obtain a Private patrol permit?

To obtain a private patrol permit you will need to complete an application (SPD 384) and return all items listed in the requirements sheet to:

There is no  fee for this permit.

How do I report a change in Name, address, or phone number?

Contact our office with corrected information and we will update and send you a new permit.

What other requirements do I need to be aware of?

You must turn in an updated employee list quarterly (Jan, April, July, Sept)
