General Facilities/Property Management Information

Facilities and Real Property Management is the operational arm of the Department of General Services. Its primary business is to manage City owned assets, construct City buildings, and to provide maintenance and repair of City facilities.

Mission Statement

Core Services

The Facilities and Real Property Management Division provides core services through Asset Management, Architects and Engineers and Facilities Maintenance sections. The division is responsible for over 1800 land parcels and over 400 buildings and structures.
