East: New Retail Opportunities for former Baggage Area

Amtrak’s current lease premises in the former Southern Pacific Baggage area is to be opened for future retail tenants with opportunity for vendors from small to medium size tenancy. The project will leave this area as shell, ready for improvements leases by lessees. All communication backbone infrastructure will be in place and the mechanical system is a high efficiency system that will scale to the size of the tenant space needs. Exterior improvements will be in place, including the old loading docks will be converted to a continuous deck area with new steel and glass doors and new canopies to highlight the outdoor experience.
