Sacramento Website Redesign Survey

The City of Sacramento’s Information Technology department is seeking input from the public as it works to redesign the City’s website.

The City’s website redesign project was set to start two years ago but was put on hold because of the pandemic.

As we resume the project, we want the public to weigh in on the updates. We encourage all residents to take this quick survey and share how they use the City’s website and what they would like to see on the new website so we can best meet their needs.

In use since 2013, the current City of Sacramento website is showing its age. With a redesign, the goal is to provide a better user experience to everyone that visits the site.

The coming update will simplify navigation, improve customer service and be more responsive across all devices, including desktop and mobile.

The survey closes on April 4.
