BERTH RENTAL
The availability of berths changes from week to week. We now have 25’, 28’, 30’, 35’, 40’, 45’ and 50’ slips available-NO WAIT! The Sacramento Marina charges by the length of the berth or vessel, whichever is greater. A vessel shall not exceed more than 10% of the berth size.

Notice:
This notice is to inform you that staff is recommending NO rate increase for the upcoming fiscal year, which begins on July 1, 2012 as well as the next four fiscal years, through June 30, 2017.
This recommendation will be presented to the Sacramento City Council on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 6:00 pm. Council chambers are located at 915 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, and you are welcome to attend.

*Figures reflect cost per month.
*The Sacramento Marina charges by the length overall of your vessel OR the berth, whichever is greater. Vessels cannot exceed 10% past the finger of the berth.
*Electricity is available at all berths for $10.00/month. Depending on location, 30 or 50 amp service is available.
*Guest berthing is $1.00 per foot per night. (including utilities)

Application Process
To rent a berth, applicant must provide:
- Proof of current DMV registration OR Coast Guard documentation
- Proof of current insurance with additional insured endorsement
- Security Deposit (equal to first month’s rent) and any related fees
- Electronic Marina Key - $20.00 each
- Completed Application for Berth and Berth License Agreement and any related Paperwork. To download documents, please go to News and Resources.
Sacramento City Ordinance 12.76.050, section C requires that boaters renting a berth in the Sacramento Marina must carry at no cost to the City a Protection and Indemnity liability insurance policy with a minimum limit of $300,000 per occurrence, naming the CITY of Sacramento, its officers, employees and volunteers as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be:
- Certificate of Liability Insurance with AIE
- Additional Insured Endorsement (AIE) should read:
