- CITY AUDIT MANAGER:
Martin Kolkin has over twenty five years of experience in private industry and governmental accounting and auditing. Mr. Kolkin came to Sacramento about five years ago from Johnson County, Kansas where he served as a local governmental auditor for over ten years. Mr. Kolkin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Avila University, Missouri, is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Government Financial Manager, a Certified Business Manager, and a Certified Internal Controls Auditor.
- AUDITOR:
Harinder Kaur joined the City of Sacramento as a full-time Auditor in September 2006. Ms. Kaur holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from California State University, East Bay, Hayward, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
