Filed with the City Clerk's Office on June 16, 2011

Read the Notice of Intent and Initiative Language; City Attorney's Ballot Title & Summary

The initiative petition was filed with the City Clerk on 12/27/11 and accepted. On 02/01/12 the County Voter Registrar's Office certified that the petition did not contain sufficient signatures to place the issue on the ballot.
