Avoid standing in line! Our Fast Pass program allows you to make an appointment for counter services.
Services
The Counter staff will help you determine what types of permits and approvals will be needed for your project, and will assist you in filing the necessary forms. In addition, they provide information on:
- Zoning and land use regulations
- Design Review and Historic Preservation
- Subdivision maps
- Building permits
- Sign permits
- "Over the counter" plan review
- Planning entitlement applications
- Flood information
- Accept plans for review and expedited review
- Issue permits over the counter, such as
- Reroof Permits
- Minor Building Remodels
- Wrecking Permits
- Certificate of Occupancy
