Development Activity Reports
The Development Activity Reports are prepared by the Long Range Planning Section of the Planning and Building Department of the City of Sacramento on a semi-annual basis. The objective of this report is to provide a six-month review of planning and building permit activity citywide and in each Community Plan Area within the City. The report is based on data from the City's Automated Permitting System, which is used by all City departments to track the status of development applications submitted for City approval.
The semi-annual intervals are from January 1st through June 30th and July 1st through December 31. Information for the entire year is included in the last semi-annual report (July - December report).
