Sacramento City Council
When:
- Council meetings are normally scheduled for Tuesdays. There are two sessions; one at 2:00 pm and one at 7:00 pm. Items of particular interest to the general public are normally heard at the 6:00 pm session.
- Occasionally, due to special events, Council meetings may be heard on Thursdays at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Please check with the City Clerk for specific Council dates.
- In addition, Council is in recess the first two weeks of July and the last two weeks of December.
