Questions, Ideas and Announcements of Commission Members
- Commissioner Samuels announced that she would be arriving around 7:00-8:00 pm to the June 26th Commission meeting.
- Commissioner Banes asked if this evening meeting is a regularly scheduled meeting. Staff responded acknowledging that the June 19th meeting is a regular meeting.
- Commissioner Notestine stated that it would be nice to have the minutes from the February policies and procedures meeting before the next policies and procedures meeting. Thought about why Planning Commission doesn’t meeting in the Historic City Hall anymore, thinking that it was a cost cutting reason. However if there is the cost of the AV guy (Kim Korich) wouldn’t that be as expensive as running the two buildings and having the extra security guard for the Historic City Hall. Perhaps the Planning Commission meetings could be moved back to the Historic City Hall Hearing room because it’s more friendly.
