What are the Code Enforcement Hearings?
The Hearing Examiner is responsible for presiding over the proceedings related to appeals to Code Enforcement actions. The Hearing examiner and/or the secretary will administer oaths, examine witnesses, receive evidence, hear arguments, analyze and evaluate facts and pertinent ordinances to prepare an independent judgment.
