143 unit residential development consisting of 110 units of senior housing and 33 units of market-rate
apartments on 1.16± abandoned acres in the Light Industrial (M-1) zone; and Zoning Administrator Lot
Merger to combine four (4) existing parcels into one parcel totaling 1.16± abandoned acres in the Light
Industrial (M-1) zone.
