Zoning Administrator Special Permit Major Modification to a 4,142 square foot church facility on 0.92±

partially developed acres in the Standard Single Family (R-1) zone. The request is to delete a condition

of approval that limits the number of attendees to 120 at the church for any given event and to modify the

conditions of approval that impose a time limit for obtaining a building permit for the on-site church

parking lot. Zoning Administrator Special Permit to construct a 90-space off-site parking lot for the

church on 1.2± undeveloped acres in the Standard Single Family (R-1) zone.

Approved the Special Permit Major Modification and the Special Permit subject

to conditions of approval and based upon findings of fact.
