width of a proposed new house. This request requires a public hearing by the Zoning Administrator for
the following entitlement:
Zoning Administrator Variance to allow a new single-family house to be constructed only 19 feet wide,
instead of the required minimum 20 feet, in order to comply with minimum setback requirements on a

Variance to reduce the side yard setback from three (3) feet to two (2) feet on one side of a new
