Proposal:
  The Zoning Code defines the front property line of a corner lot as the line with the narrowest street frontage.
The house on this lot does faces the longer of the two street frontages, therefore the front of the house does not
face the front of the lot, it faces the street-side of the lot (Brownwyk Drive), and the left (southeast) side of the
home faces the front of the lot (Griffith Drive).
  The property owner has put a solid fence in the required front setback and proposes to add an in-ground
swimming pool behind the fence in the required front setback. (The pool will be at least 12.5 feet back of the
sidewalk). The project requires a Public Hearing by the Zoning Administrator for the following entitlements:
