Proposal:
   The request is to reduce the standard setback requirements of the Zoning Code in order to construct a new
Single-Family residence on an existing lot. This is due to an existing transmission line that which restricts the area
available for construction. The project requires a public hearing by the Zoning Administrator for the following
entitlements:
