Development Applications
Development project applications are evaluated to ensure proposed projects are consistent with the general plan, zoning and other city development regulations. If a proposed use or construction is not allowed by-right under the Zoning Code, then a development application must be filed and will require discretionary review by planning staff or at public hearings by a director, commission, or the City Council.
