Process Improvements
In coordination with various divisions and departments, identify obstacles and challenges and recommend and/or carry out revisions to the policies, ordinances, and processes to better facilitate infill development

Monitor and report on available infill potential and levels of infill development in the city.

Infill Incentives
Oversee and carry out the City's infill incentive programs (i.e., fee reduction programs, pursue and administer grants and other funding programs), and identify and recommend additional incentive programs.
Advocacy
Serve as an advocate and proponent for infill development concerns internally and externally.
