Environmental Review

Environmental reviews are performed by Environmental Planning Services (EPS). EPS checks development projects for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). It also manages the preparation of the necessary documents, and negotiates on behalf of the City on environmentally-related issues.
