Hagginwood SNAP

On June 16, 2009, the City Council accepted the Hagginwood Strategic Neighborhood Action Plan (SNAP). The SNAP is an action-oriented plan for neighborhood improvement which establishes the neighborhood's priorities and goals for the near future, including action strategies and timelines for achieving these goals. The SNAP process was a collaborative effort between City staff and residents and business owners in the neighborhood.
