Below is a status list of current and decided Preservation Development Projects within the past 30 days. They are sorted by historic district, then by individual landmarks that are not in a historic district. If you are looking for a particular project, search by Preservation project file, number, or project address. If a project is no longer under review, please contact the planner listed to request a copy of the staff action or record of decision.
Below is more information on how to request reconsideration of a staff action or to request an appeal of a Preservation Director or Preservation Commission decision.

Reconsideration of Staff Action
Any person dissatisfied with a staff action has the right to request reconsideration by the Preservation Director. Requests for reconsideration must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the staff action. The decision of the Preservation Director shall be final and shall not be subject to appeal. To request a reconsideration of a Preservation Development Project Staff Action, fill out and submit the form at the link below within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the staff action.
Appeals of Preservation Director Decision
Any person dissatisfied with a Preservation Director action has the right to request an appeal by the Preservation Commission. Appeals must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the Preservation Director action. The decision of the Preservation Commission shall be final and shall not be subject to further appeal. To appeal an action of the Preservation Director, fill out the form below within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the Preservation Director action.
