What makes a livable downtown?Please join the Development Services Department in updating Sacramento's Downtown Urban Design Plan. The Plan will guide future downtown development and help implement the City Council's vision for Sacramento to become the most livable city in America. Help decide how our downtown should be developed. After we've heard from the community, the next step will be to get initial feedback from the Mayor and Council in early 2007.
