Fee Notice - Effective July 1, 2007

Several annual, automatic increases that impact City of Sacramento building permit fees will take effect on July 1, 2007. The increased fees will be assessed on applications submitted on or after July 1. Any applications already in the system at that time will be assessed at the rate in effect at the time of the submittal.

The impacted fees include the following, which are automatically adjusted each year pursuant to City Code:

• North Natomas Fees (City Ordinance 18.24)
• Richards/Railyards/Downtown Impact Fees (City Ordinance 18.36)
• Sewer Development Fees (City Ordinance 13.08)
• Housing Trust Fund Fees (City Ordinance 17.188)
• Park Development Impact Fees (City Ordinance 18.44)
• Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA) Capital Investment Equalization Fees (CIEF) (SAFCA Resolution 96-164 and 97-104)
