700 and 800 Blocks of K and L Streets

The City of Sacramento is pleased to announce an exciting development opportunity in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. A Request for Qualifications(RFQ) has been released to develop a transformative mixed-use project aimed to further revitalize the JKL Street Corridor. The proposed sites are located on the southern half of the 700 block of K Street and portions orf the 800 blocks of K and L Streets.

Development Team Concepts/Proposal

Mandatory Pre-Submittal Information Meerting	January 6, 2010 at 9 a.m.
Final Day to Request clarifications	February 12, 2010
Qualifications Due	February 26, 2010
