Project Description: Construction of a 12-story, mid-rise office building totaling 830,000 sf, located at the northeast corner of North 7th Street and Richards Boulevard.

Richards Garden Office

Gateway Gas Station and Restaurant
Project Description: Located at the intersection of North 12th and North 16th Streets, this proposed project will create a new commercial center for the Gateway District. For more information contact the Henderson Group (916) 448-3001.

 

COMPLETED PROJECTS

REA Building
Project Description: A proposal for a 20,000 sf office/retail project in the historic Railway Express Agency building, located at the northwest corner of 5th and I Streets, is being considered. For more information, contact Carson Development (916) 443-3797.

Discovery Center Phase I (click to view photo)
Project Description: One million sf of low-rise, large-floor plate office use to be developed in multiple phases. The 150,000 sf Phase I building is scheduled to open in Summer 2002. In addition, an all-suites hotel was approved as part of the overall project entitlements.
Total Project Cost: $20 million
