Millennia Project
Development team Millennia Associates is currently pursuing acquisition of the entire 238-acre Union Pacific Railyards property. The City and Millennia have executed a Memorandum of Understanding to guide master planning for the site and major public infrastructure. North Town Planned Unit Development
Located on the 65-acre former Sierra Quality Cannery site, the master plan proposes 2,000 residential units, 600,000 sf office space, and 60,000 sf retail space. Railway Express Agency (REA) Building
The Redevelopment Agency is working with the owners of this 1922 building adjacent to the historic train depot, the planned Intermodal Facility, and the new federal courthouse. The proposed project will renovate the building into 11,000 sf of ground floor retail/restaurant uses and 11,000 sf of professional office on the second floor while preserving the ornamented historic brick façade.
Estimated project cost: $8.5 million.
